I ordered beauty products from this company on the 19th January 2009. They immediately took the money from my debit card and my bank statement shows that the money was taken on the 19th January. They say on the web site that goods are dispatched within 7 working days. It is now the 11th February and the goods have not arrived. When I log into my account with them it says 'pending'.
