On the 21st January 2009 I booked 4 passengers on return flights (Manchester - Knock) travelling on the 4th April 2009. On the 11th March BMI informed me that the flights were cancelled. They offered alternative ones that were not acceptable. A "full" refund option was offered which I chose to opt for. This involves me ringing BMI baby on a premium rate of 35p per minute - 20 minute call, most of which was on hold - only to be informed that my "full" refund would not include £28 credit card fee.
