I requested a refund and sent the unused portion of the pills back to the company as requested. I spoke to Customer Rep #156007 and was told I should receive my refund of $58.09 within 5-10 business days. The refund date came and went so I called again and spoke to Customer Rep #156794 and was told that the refund request was awaiting approval by a supervisor and that my refund should be processed within 10-15 business days.
