The Magic jack was working for a couple of months, but I was already having trouble with the service. I could not hear the other person on the other line or the call would get dropped. I plugged it into my computer just the other day and it asked me to confirm my e-mail address or my phone number and my password. I did exactly what it asked me to do in order to continue with my service. I did all that and it keeps telling me that the information is incorrect.
