I ordered free samples paying only postage and packing a total of £8.90 which was deducted from my credit card however no free samples arrived, I phoned several times but only listed to music and spoke to no one, I therefore wrote to the company in question, the next thing I knew was I received one tub of tablets complete with a further invoice for £82.95 which had already been deducted from my credit card.
