I, along with many other students who have previously attended Kaplan, am stuck with a balance that I should not have to pay. Pell Grants and Financial Aid were supposed to cover it, but now they have reported me to a creditor and will not give me an official transcript. I now attend another university and this is keeping me from registering for further classes and is also holding me from getting my financial aid disbursement.
