Purchased 1 $9 piece of jewelry and when received, it was defective, returned it. Promised refund, but was charged without authorization, $68 two times in addition to the $9 charge. Contacted company and was assured that I would receive a refund of the full $145 but 8 months later after repeated calls and promises to refund no refund was ever issued. read full review »
