I had ordered Direct TV in June 2009, after doing some research on this company I found so many negative comments it made me very uneasy. I decided to cancel my order before installation took place. When I had placed my original order I had accidently selected a DVR box, then the web site froze. I called and cancelled the DVR box since it showed a 99.00 charge with minutes of ordering.
