I just paid $22.89 for stuff I didn't want and had returned to Spiegel's TWO MONTHS before they gave me a credit. In the meantime their evil bank partner WFNNB slapped a $25 late fee and finance charges onto my account. After 6, SIX!, phone calls I got the late fee and finance charges removed. I paid $15.94 for the original delivery (which I considered exorbitant since most companies are giving free delivery now) and $6.95 for the UPS return (which I intended to pay). It isn't the money. It's the INCOMPETENCE and INEFFICIENCY of their systems. read full review »
