I have an American Museum of Natural History AMEX CC from Bank of America for as long as I can remember. Each month I went online to check account balance and make payment is any is due. I have never been late or missed any payment, ever. There has not been any recent change in my credit situation. Yesterday when I signed on to check my balance I found the account gone.
