Holiday Systems International (HSI)is connected to the Bliss & Mayan Resorts System in Mexico. It is promoted as a company that will provide cash reimbursement for timeshare homeowners' fees. This is not true. I have submitted 3 different resort weeks for fee reimbursement and not one has met the qualifications, which seem to change with each person you talk with. The Bliss and Mayan Resorts promote this company as their alternative to working RCI, but HSI is a dishonest company that makes all kinds of lying promises just so that you will by into the Mayan system.
