I purchase a Bay window from the window guys and had it installed in May of 2008. The first incident I had was the window being to small. The person I spoke to the day they installed the window was Gina. She had informed me that the window needed to smaller than the old one for settling purposes( Lie) Than they did not cap the top or bottom of the outsde of the window. I called on that and they did send someone out to correct that, At that time I showed the guys the interior wood on the sitting board portion of the window. how it was starting... read full review »
