Shark Steam Iron

I bought this steam iron and I am very unhappy with it. I just called the company and they cannot do anything about it. They are blaming my ironing board. It is unsafe and dangerous. When it is upright, it easily tips over and falls. I have had the iron for 10 months and I am more upset because it fell on the floor when I accidentally hit my ironing board last week. This is the second time it has fallen on the floor while it was heated. I cannot return to the retailer because I have had the iron too long. I know I should have returned the iron from the beginning, but it is now apparent that is unsafe. read full review »

long distance service

My husband continues to get calls on his work cell phone. Sometimes is comes up private number and sometimes it is 976084-44. It is someone with a thick Indian voice trying to sell him long distance services. He will not listen to my husband when he tells him this is a company phone and to stop calling. read full review »

Harrah's Casino

I received a phone call from Anthony yesterday telling me that I had to go to Harrah's Casino in the next 5 days and scratch off a ticket to win one of three prices. I was supposed to get a confirming email giving me all of the information. They had my phone number, address and email address becausing I filled out a form to win a car. One of the prices is an automobile. I believe this is just marketing to get people into Harrah's Casino. I called Harrah's yesterday and no one has called me back. I ordered their product and started getting a lot of unauthorized emails from about 11 different people and it made me realize that as soon as I ordered the product, they sent my email address to other merchants. I called immedialely to cancel my order and was told it was canceled. Today I got the charge on my credit card. I called again and was told the order shipped but my account would be canceled. I called my local bank that I have the credit card and they sent me a dispute form. I filled out the form so they cannot charge my credit card... read full review »
