I have these guys in my house right now, and it's been nothing but a painful process. I too used the coupon from Clipper Magazine only to learn that it didn't cover what they needed to do. I was able to negotiate down to $287, which they told me was nothing because the people before me spent almost $700. I felt so taken advantage of and frustrated.
