I just put my order in on monday and then my creditcard called me today on thursday and told us this information. so we stopped the company from charging anymore. My mom and i looked into the company of "health focus" and found out they are actually called Trading Planet LTD/ The number we got was +44 203 139 9027. They claim to be open and then it hangs up on you. I am one of the lucky ones that found out about this before it was too late. but i hope the ceditcard comapny is willing to co-opperate.
