I've had several banks servicing my mortgage loans and have never had any complaints till Chase Bank took over my loan!! Their customer service is awful. They do not want to hear you out, whether you're having a problem or just needs some questions answered! When you ask the customer service rep to transfer you to a supervisor they claim there is no supervisor available. They have a tone like they are going for employee of the month all the time!
