I bought a HP officejet 6500. I installed the software as required. I can not get the computer to find the printer on the network. I have been on this for 4 hours. Finally I called HP support. They will not offer any support unless I pay 139.00. That is what I paid for the printer. Absolutely no support unless I pay. I am taking it back then I will buy another brand. IDIOTS.
