We have a Whirlpool 25 cuft side by side with the ice dispenser in the door. Power was off for a period, and the ice in the bucket began to thaw. It then ran down the shaft that turns the dispenser bar into the motor. Cost for repair was $183. When the tech broght the new part (and this can also be found on line that there is a new part number for replacement) the motor was identical.
