I had been a customer of this Firestone for years, but good managers are all gone but the greedy ones. Went in for an oil change and check on some noise issue. Told the bill will be $1600+ but 10% discount. That is 50% of how much my car is worth. I declined and went picked up the car. Guess what, instead of free inspection they got me for 22 bucks. Guess what, they are not getting me for the $1500. Went somewhere else and received a free inspection and with labor... $660 for the same fix.
