Cricket cell phones may have cheaper calling plans but they have the WORST customer service. The only way to change or cancel service is by calling 1-800 cricket . But expect to spend anywhere from 1 to 2 hours on hold. It is by far the worst customer service you will EVER receive, And if you think about it when you purchase a phone frome any cricket store they are very expensive so you are better of going with a REAL mobile provider.
