Free offer turned into a $29.95 charge and an $89.95 charge with more to come. Got the $89.95 credited to my account but cannot get the $29.95 back. Have USPS confirmation record of the return of the unused item. Have sent many, many emails - copying my bank so that they cannot charge more on my debit card. Need help getting the $29.95 refund.
