We applied for a modification last year. It is an FHA loan. We were approved for a 6 month partial claim with FHA. after that again we applied for mod. and they sent a temporary forebeareance agreement for 3 mos. we were to pay this to get caught up. We still had not heard anything about our loan mod still.we sighned the agrement and paid for 3 mos. I called Chase to find out if a decision was made on the modification and I kept getting cut off or rerouted.
