I seriously think the dentists at Q overlook or do crappy jobs on minor issues so that they escalate into major work (kind of like a mechanic not putting your part in correctly so that you'll need to come back again). Last year when faced with having dentures or dental implants while still in my 30's I opted for the implants. I was promised a payment plan but was hounded at every visit for more and more money.
