I bought a furniture item from thius company on full payment cash terms with delivery. The item was supposed to be delivered on x date in the morning. Just before the delivery, I received a call that the item will be delivered in the afternoon. Kindergolf Singapore at AMK Hub closed abruptly and all staff changed. My child was asked to be re-assessed as they do not have proper records of my child's progress. After a month of experiencing their closed shop and poor service, I asked for a refund. They said they will make an exception and give me a refund via a credit voucher for their products. How ridiculous does this sound? They messed up and expect to recover the problem by asking me to by their stupid products with my money which they owe me? My child was enrolled in a preschool level golf programme Kindergolf in Singapore (AMK Hub branch). The owner of Anthony Manpower and Employment Agency in Singapore (Anthony) oversells before a customer signs on the line. Ultimately, the maids do not match what he promised (and said he personally interviewed) in terms of verbal ability and other work attitude areas. These are minor - after the third failed maid (first did not arrive, the next two were really horrible and were return almost immediately), we decided to change maid agency.
