Time Warner cable has for some time been providing TERRIBLE service to cable card customers by removing channels and not crediting for lost service and generally not providing quality cable service. In the latest problem, they sent out a cable card update in the middle of the day which causes the TV to display a black screen with an "Updating Firmware", "Updating Channel List" message and nothing else.
