I signed up with Igomogul in 2008. I was told for $199.99 I would get m y own basic website and nce it was up and running, I could write articles for them for $5.00 an article. After a certain number of articles, I would be able to write reviews on other websites for $5.00 a review. They did do what they promised, for me, getting a basic website set up, a domain name, and I was eventually writing 250-300 word articles and reviews.
