Here is an update. I filed a complaint today 11-20-09 with the FTC about Tribute mastercard. Everyone needs to call the FTC and put in a complaint that was screwed by Tribute. The FTC's phone number is: 1-877-382-4357. The refrence number I was given is "24698285. We need to do everything possible to get these people! I'm sure there will be a lawsuit against them soon.
