Sub: Reversal for the Rs. 37 deducted without my permission on my prepaid number: 9413926524. I received a call from the number 9414000515 at 14/11/2009 06:09:40 where recorded voice was for caller tune. I disconnected he call and after some I received he message as confirmation of activation of caller tune and Rs. 37 were deducted from my balance.
