I bought a pair of size 12 'CROCS' from CLOGGIS LTD via their website, paid by debit card. Shoes arrived, they were size 12 but way too small. I contacted the company, by email explained that they were not suitable and asked for refund. The company told me that they do not do refunds but only 'credit notes'.
