This is by far the worst branch NF has. The managers Christina and Nicole are lazy and incompedent. The lines are always out the door. And when you have an issue they will not come out to acknowledge it. I was standing in line as usual and saw Nicole curse at another employee in front of atleast 30 customers. I couldnt even get Christina the manager out to acknowledge a loan issue on my application. She told the MSR to tell me that she would call me back. She never did.
