FP&L has been over charging me for sometime because of an issue with my meter. My meter is SUPPOSED to be the type that sends usage information to an FPL substation that then determines usage and does the billing. Well...it has been known and acknowledged by them for 6 months that our meter was malfunctioning, so they have been estimating my bill based on prior months usage, HUGH?
