I signed up with direct tv 11/7/09.They told me it would be $29.99 a month and my bill is $55.99. They wont fix it or make it right. They told me I had to send in a rebate form I wasn't aware of and I had to pay the 55 until they recieved the form. Very very poor customer service. I would never get service with them again. And to cancel is 480 some odd dollars!That is only one of the problems with them. read full review »
