I foolishly ordered a promotional special from Sheer Cover, at $29.95, was billed $46.15 on my credit card and did not receive the order. I contacted the company on several occasions, discovered I was to be billed three consecutive months at $46.15, despite having not received the initial order, which was to have cost $29.95.
