I ordered Hughes Net in early October and paid $475.00 for what I do not know except the 1st months billing was included. On October 6th while the technician was pointing my dish my house caught on fire and burned to the ground. I contacted Hughes Net and told them what had happened and heard nothing back from them until November2nd when they debited my account for November's service causing me $178.00 in overdraft fees.
