Sent birthday card to nephew which contained money. damaged card returned to me, envelope torn open on the front, card undamaged, MONEY MISSING from the envelope. sent e-mail to postmaster of tampa, got phone call from no. above from Beverly telling me not to send money, check or gift card, ( like they wouldn't spend the gift card), instread of cash.
