Direct TV has the worst customer service of anyone. When I had my service set up I was cancelled on 4 times for lack of equipment avaliable. 2 months later I finaly had tv and was offered a $100 credit. I had to call them 3 times to actually get that credit applied to my account. When I moved my service to a new address I was charged a $50 move fee- my service was unable to be set up and 4 months later I am still waiting for that $50 refund. read full review »
