I filled out a web order for a free sample of their e-cigarette product. They called me November 13th and I have yet to receive my kit. Tonight I called the number they had given me, 866-700-8565, and reached the supervisors desk for a call center but they do not sell this brand. He told me to call on Monday from 9-5, he thinks there is a side group or something that is running this operation.
