I paid for a 3 year subscription and that was probably one of the worst investments that I ever made. Their "techs" know a little more than I do, and I DON'T KNOW MUCH. During my last contact with them I was having some problems with their "scans". When I "chatted" with one of the techs, he had me do a few things that caused my computer to totally CRASH.
