I have never in my entire life ( I am 60 years old) been so rudely treated as I have with Bloomingdale's customer service. This summer I returned a dress that I had purchased in CA and for some reason the dress was lost for several months. I had also purchased a pair of heels for our son's wedding. Before the dress was finally found I was given threatening calls by Bloomingdale's customer service no matter how hard I tried to explain the situation.
