On Thursday, 11/19/2009 at 3 am in the morning I herd a poping sound outside. When I looked out the window I saw the electric wires along my neighbors row house on fire and making a poping noise. I immediately called PECO and was assured that they would send someone out. Well, its been 4 days now Monday 11/23/2009 and still no Peco and also my neighbor whos wires are involved called them. Their electric is going off and on. I hope that they do not catch fire again. Peco service sucks. I am going to try to choose another electric company. They are morons.
