Returned 2 Blu-Ray items, value £17.99, to Play.com on 15 October 2009 using the returns procedure as stated on their website. No refund received so I queried with Play.com and was asked for a Recorded Delivery number which I could not give as the items had been returned via Royal Mail 2nd Class packet. Was told that refund would be made when the items received in the warehouse.
