Kindercare, St. Charles Road, Lombard, IL. Made me pay $35 for a Thanksgiving week "program" that's just 1 field trip and two days of "themed activities" I didn't ask for or know about in advance. If my child attends during Thanksgiving week, I have to pay extra. If she doesn't attend, I still have to pay the weekly tuition - for only three days of care because of the holiday. Mean, mean people. I already didn't know how I was going to pay for Christmas. Obviously, they don't care. Besides that, their facility always looks dirty and dingy. read full review »
