I was with StateFarm for 6 months, due to there NEGLIENCE of how a policy actually suppose to be handled. How do I pay a for a policy for several months to find out that I was never on MY OWN policy??? Then my vehicle is stolen, stripped, and burned and they investigate me. Investigated everything in my life to find NOTHING or any connection. But I am still forced to pay a car note and insurance for a car that is not in a SHOP, being REPAIRED or REPLACED. I have been with StateFarm since May 09. My & husband initially set this policy up with both of our vehicles. Every month the payment was due there was always an issue with processing the payments. Several months went along and every month my husband called and made the payment by phone and made several changes to the policy. In the month of October 09, my husbands car was stolen.
