I sent a package to someone through UPS Overnight Delivery. In the morning, I tracked it and the website said it was delivered and signed for. I called the recipient and he said he never got anything. He has a roommate and his roommate said the same thing. The driver claims he gave it to the roommate but we know he got his own package and it wasn't what I was sending. Now UPS is doing an investigation, and they said it will take a week.
