I have had an account with Compass Bank for over a year, but have not had any activity. When I looked over my monthly statement I noticed that I was charged $10.00 for having an inactive account. I did not agree to this when I opened my account. After calling Compass Bank, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and did not have a chance to talk to a customer service representative. Not only did Compass take my money without asking, but they have horrible customer service. read full review »
