UPS put my package on the truck 8 am on 11/27. I waited at home all day and it never showed. Suddenly, the package is shown as "reschduled" Surely you think, they will bring it out the next day, right? No way. Monday. Thus, 2nd day air becomes 5th day air. Thanks UPS. I called and offered to pick the package up myself on Saturday. They claim nobody works on Saturday. These guys are a joke and they don't care for the customer.
