I have tried to call them, e-mail, and chat. The phone does voice prompt and goes into a busy signal. The e-mail claims an error, the chat never goes down with the time and numbers. This is a scam. So what I did was I sent them the product back with a note saying. I Catherine Ford are cancelling this product and if you charge me I will have the authorities on you. I shipped this over night where it will be handed to them and a signature. If that dosen't work I will get an attorney. Iam now calling my bank! read full review »
