CClear World Communication (CWC) called me with all my information on hand, saying that "they were a government approved company to provide low rate services to low incomes families" and offered me a flat rate of $7.95. It appears to be a very good deal, so I make the verbal agreement, which was recorded, and after that the operator told me that I will be paying by used minutes, which was not said before the agreement.
