Absolutely the most disorganized cellular service out there offering the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has now taken me THREE visits to the dealer from which I received the phone, and then THEY send me to a "corporate" store- which I have had to visit TWICE to correct a billing error THEY made. Don't EVEN try handling it on the phone- I gave up after 4 attempts of trying to reach anyone that could remedy THEIR mistake. My payment WAS made prior to due date via website.
