I recently rented a house that already had a hughes net dish and modem. I called to reactivate them and when i got home it wasnt working. I called their tech support(big mistake) they had me run an update and the signal dropped from an 80 to a 15, they had me try everything they could think of and then told me i needed a tech to come out and it would cost $125.00.
